All online payments are processed securely via Stripe, an external service. Your details are never sent to our servers or processed by us directly.

Cancellations can be made at any time up to 24 hours before your booking for a full refund. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a £5 admin fee will be deducted from the total refunded to you.

You may also reschedule your booking to a time that works better for you any time up to 24 hours before the original booking time. Visit our booking dashboard to reschedule your booking, or contact us.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings for any reason, without notice, at our discretion.

Any damage to our equipment during your session is subject to a reasonable fee for repair/replacement, not less than £50.00 per item.
